I’m sure you have used at least one of these in the past and I’m sure you have also heard over and over that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This is very true. Your body just slept for about 8 hours and has not had any food for at least that amount of time, probably longer. For your body to function at its peak, it needs fuel. A good breakfast will provide that.
You may be thinking, ok if I have to have breakfast, I will have a cup of coffee. Sorry, coffee is not a meal. Ok, I’ll have a donut. Well, all you will accomplish is a sugar high followed by a crash which will not do you any favors either physically or psychologically.
