Pear Yogurt Snack Plate
This plate offers a great way to breathe new life into daily snacks. It’s balanced, nutritious, and totally delicious. Plus, once you have the pears and the coulis, it comes together in a snap!
Serves: 1 | Serving Size: 1 plate
Ingredients:
1/4 pear, thinly sliced
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 tablespoon toasted almonds
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon berry coulis, unsweetened
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the pear slices on a non-stick silicon mat or parchment paper for 1 hour. Let cool.
Scoop the yogurt onto the plate. Top with the pears, almonds, and honey, spooning the coulis alongside.

Serves 1. Each serving contains 152 calories, 4 g fat, 0 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat, 2 mg cholesterol, 95 mg sodium, 21 g carbohydrate, 3 g dietary fiber, 18 g sugar, and 9 g protein.

Chef’s Tips:
To make the coulis, thaw frozen mixed berries then blend in a blender or food processor until smooth. You can make a big batch and keep it in the fridge for later snacks.
Slice up a pear or two to get a bunch of the baking out of the way and have plenty of pear slices on hand for this quick snack plate.
