A couple of big reasons to try online training are cost and convenience. I offer 3 different membership plans that are extremely affordable. In many cases, one month’s membership will cost you less than one in person personal training session. You will have access to not only your own certified personal trainer, but your own personal webpage with a ton of fitness related resources, all available 24/7.

My program provides you with the tools needed to help you become accountable for both exercise and nutrition. Once you reach the point of being accountable, you will start seeing amazing results. You also have a certified personal trainer in your corner to get all of your fitness and nutrition related questions answered. The meal plans in my program are prepared by a Registered Dietician. While I am not an RD, if you have specific questions that are beyond my scope as a certified trainer, I will ask you to speak with an RD to ensure you are receiving complete and accurate information.
