Your local park can be a great place to add some variety to your regular workout. Some parks have exercise stations set up at intervals, usually in a loop, where between running/jogging or walking, you would stop and perform an exercise. Each station will give you the name of the exercise, brief description on how to perform it correctly and how many reps you should try to complete. The stations will vary, but you may find Chin-up bars, upright step-up beams, push-up station, balance beam, log jump, reverse crunch decline plank, parallel bars, and monkey bars to name a few.
Take a look at your nearby park; you might be pleasantly surprised at what amenities you may find near your home.
