To provide the best possible surroundings for my one on one in person clients to be successful, my wife and I completely remodeled the garage area in our home (located near Val Vista and Ray) into a Personal Training Studio (view Studio). For your comfort and enjoyment, we added air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a 32” HDTV.
My Studio is equipped with a Body Solid Series 7 Smith Gym System, Treadmill, Olympic Free Weights, Dumbbells, Power Tower, Bodylastics Resistance Bands, Stability Ball, Medicine Balls, BOSU Ball and more. The Studio has been set up to provide a very comfortable and professional training environment.

If you have specific nutrition related questions that are beyond the scope of my education as a Certified Personal Trainer, I will recommend that you contact a Registered Dietitian through the American Dietetic Association. These professionals can create a meal plan for you and help you meet your nutritional goals. Balanced meals and portion control are vital to good health and will enable you to attain positive results at an accelerated rate.It is amazing what a powerful combination proper diet and exercise can be.

During your consultation, I will conduct a personalized fitness assessment where I will have you do about six exercises which will give you the opportunity to see how I focus on proper form and technique during each exercise movement you will perform. During that time, I will also be describing and showing you which muscle groups you are working, so that you understand how each exercise will affect your body.
